I'm responsible for allocating and maintaining IT equipment throughout the Sortation Center.
I am also responsible for the RMA and repair process for all devices under warranty.
I am a member of the larger IT team within the Sortation Center. I'm accountable to support the Junior and Senior Technicians in daily projects and activities as directed.
This position reports directly to the IT manager for the Sortation Center.

As a Learning Trainer, I was responsible to coordinate, manage and deliver Induction or cross-training to new hires, Managers, and others as required.
Team play was key to this job, coordination and communication with our operation team were essential to ensure we could deliver the best follow-up training with our ambassadors.
